Section 11 "Content license from you" was reduced to 

"None. You own all of the content you submit, post or display on or through, the Services."

The Terms of Service had a section, which is now removed, about retaining user content copyrights.

This section was true, back in 2009, when Feng-GUI public free beta version was open to public user content.

Interface analysis tool was used to understand the aesthetics of the existing interfaces and evaluate how effective they were. Around 12 pages were evaluated using the tool. Due to NDA I am unable to provide details of the designs here.

Team Sharing (New Feature)

Share your plans with other team members. You can add team members to share your plans with, at no additional cost. Members on this list are able to use your active plans.

A member on your team will see your plans inside their Invoices list marked with a 'user' sign.

Privacy Policy Updated - Data Retention and Deletion (News)

Data Retention and Deletion

Feng-GUI services has a Data Retention policy that specifies how long customer data is retained after deletion.

Data Retention

The period of time your uploaded files and reports are available to you in your account is '3 months' for monthly subscription and '12 months' for annually subscription.

Subscription Retention

To maintain security, limit data retention, and protect the privacy of our users, Feng-GUI accounts are generally deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
Inactivity means the user have no active plans and hasn’t used the service.
Once the subscription is outdated, you will have to log in to your account and upload or analyze an image, at least once every 2 years.
In case you have active plans, the account will not be closed because of being unused.

Evaluation Account Retention

Evaluation accounts are being deleted 30 days after creation.
For a free evaluation, your account moves into a grace status for 30 days.
During this grace period, you can purchase a Plan.
If you decide not to buy, you can either cancel your trial or let the grace period expire, and your trial account information and data is deleted.
